This is a great tip. Thanks for sharing and for the idea. So simple once you show us the trick.

I would add, after you&#039;ve shot your first self (say, left side of  the clip), you could place an external monitor or computer playing that clip just off camera, stage right. Then, when you&#039;re shooting the right side of the clip, you can be looking at the monitor (stage right) which will make it look like you&#039;re looking at your first self, and you can interact in &quot;real time&quot; with yourself from the first clip.

The main trick will be to get the timing down during the first clip.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a good idea.  Timing&#039;s really important when you do effects like this.  I tend to memorize what my dialogue is and mentally time it out, but your idea&#039;s much more likely to yield exactly the results you want.

		<description>You&#039;re welcome, man.  This one&#039;s pretty basic.  Any program that allows you to split the screen or even do a wipe transition should be able to handle this effect.

I&#039;ll post more about it in the near future. :)</description>
